This mare is the pride of Painted Prairie, and the pride of Stana! We obtained
Shi Dee here as a yearling as a project horse for Stana to raise and show. Little
did we know this mare would be the start of Painted Prairie Farm! Stana has
trained this mare and brought her along from scratch, broke her out as a two
year old, and shown her her entire career. They have been a wonderful team,
have done a lot of growing together, and we anticipate seeing them in the show
ring together for at least a few more years.

| This mare is the epitome of the quality of foals we consistently get out of "Tommy" babies... huge hips, finely shaped heads with awesome necks, impressive forearms and gaskins, and best of all, GREAT trainable minds. While this mare is special to us and will most likely never be sold as she is Stana's horse, you can look to our other Tommy babies for prospects of this same quality! |
